Campaign Crusade Fundraising Aims to Contribute to Your Club, Group, Team, or School's Success

I remember participating in various fundraising activities as a student to support my school. From selling citrus baskets and organizing bake sales to hosting a 24-hour dance-a-thon, we were determined to raise the necessary funds for a new gym floor. Achieving that goal and contributing to the solution was immensely satisfying.


By collaborating with local and distant businesses, we offer delicious products that are both easy to sell and profitable for your organization. Providing a minimum 20% profit margin on all sales back to the group, we are dedicated to supporting our community members in achieving their objectives.

Heather Bell

My name is Heather Bell and I’ve been a resident of Spruce Grove, AB since 2019. I’m an active member in our city in both social media and in person.  


I’ve always cared about the betterment of a community. I launched a 2-year social media project called ‘Ain’t A Chain Thang’ in 2020, the purpose of which was to champion shopping locally by promoting small businesses in the Parkland county. I delighted in meeting business owners and asking them about their stories. I loved writing about these businesses, showcasing the best of what they had to offer. I learned so much during that time and had a lot of fun!


I’m a local business owner myself. Alarm Bell Coffee Company Ltd is an endeavour that I started in January 2023, based right here in Spruce Grove. I began to meet many more people by attending markets in both Stony Plain and Alberta Beach. I always enjoyed seeing old faces and new ones.  It is still going strong today where I have pivoted to selling primarily online.


Continuing my commitment to community service, in 2024 I joined the Spruce Grove chapter of the Lions Club, an organization known for its support worldwide of those in need. Although my time with them has not been for very long, I look forward to contributing to their success in the future.


Finally, I’m married to my wonderful husband Mike. We have one pet, a freeloading lab/collie mix named Hershey who’s ‘landscaping’ skills are second to none.

  • Who Are We?

    Campaign Crusade Fundraising is a small, woman-owned business in Spruce Grove, AB. We provide fundraising solutions (aka tasty food products) to groups that they can sell and will earn a minimum 20% profit on every sale towards their fundraising goal. We partner with Alberta-based businesses such as BeeMaid Honey, Roasti Coffee Company, Master Chocolat and Alarm Bell Coffee that produce/distribute high quality and easy to sell products.

  • How Does It Work?

    Every group has a coordinator who will register their campaign with us.  They will be responsible for submitting order forms to us (if they choose to use paper order forms), submitting any cash payments that may have been collected at the time of order delivery.  The profit cheque will be issued at the time of pick up or, we can do an e-transfer. How the campaign is promoted and advertised is the responsibility of the group itself.  The harder you sell, the more profit your group will earn.

  • What Products do We Have to Sell?

    Ridiculously fun food items that are popular, easy to sell and sure people-pleasers! BeeMaid Honey, Master Chocolat treats, Roasti Whole Coffee Beans and Alarm Bell Coffee Keurig-compatible cups!

  • What is the Return Policy?

    For the protection of our customers, we do not offer refunds of consumable goods. All items are final sale.

  • What Percentage Do I Get To Keep?

    Profit Earned For Sales Made, Per Campaign:

    $1-$1000: 20%

    $1001-$1750: 23%

    $1751-$2500: 25%

    $2501+: 27%

    BONUS: Sell over $1500 and get a case of honey (12- 500g jars) for free!!

  • What is the Turnaround Time?

    It is approximately 3 weeks turnaround time from the end of the campaign to delivery. Please note, we are not responsible if there are delays in the production of the items as that is something that is out of our control but we will certainly advise you in a timely manner if there are any delays. In addition, we would be advocating on your behalf for the expeditious completion of production so that your order can be filled as quickly as possible.

  • When is Payment Required?

    Customers pay directly online when ordering from our site.  Any cash collected is due when the coordinator picks up the order.
